today i went for a medical check-up for the visa thing. they asked me to collect the urine sample. for those who have done this before sure know that we need to pee out a bit before collecting...here it is the problem. in m'sia, we already get used to squat but here...there is no such thing...so i dun care just pee everything into the cup...... ......... ..........
oh shit!!! i have been drinking too much! the cup doesn't big enough to fill it...no choice i gotta hold and continue to pee into the toilet bowl...hmmm...now, i have realised my pelvic floor muscle is not bad. I can control the urge...hahaha....
